Return & Exchange Policy


You can return or exchange your newly purchased product within 7 days of the purchase date or delivery date (home delivery or in-store pickup only) if it is unused, in its original condition, and unopened. The original invoice must be included. Products with a manufacturing defect may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that we conduct the necessary inspection for replacement or refund. After our technicians inspect the product packaging and all accessories, and perform a technical inspection, the return will be accepted or rejected for replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for products with scratches or damage resulting from misuse or malfunction due to incorrect electrical connection.

After 7 days from the delivery date, all products will be exchanged or returned through the product's official agent, with a refund to be issued later after the return process is completed.

In the event of a product replacement, a replacement product will be shipped or delivered to you according to the specified return method and location.

We will not replace a product with a different model unless the original product is no longer available. In such circumstances, we will request your permission before processing.

In the event of a return due to a product defect, manufacturing defect, or If the product is damaged upon delivery or delivered incorrectly, the customer will not be charged any shipping fees.

If the purchase was made online, the refund will be deposited into the same electronic payment account within 14 business days.

If the customer paid in cash upon delivery, the refund will be delivered to the customer at one of our branches within 14 business days.

If the purchase was made via bank transfer, the refund will be deposited into the same customer account within 14 business days
